Careers at Incepta Advisory.

We look for people who enjoy learning a market from the inside and want to see their advice turn into a business trading somewhere new.

  • Responsibility from the start

Analysts join client meetings in their first month and own research workstreams on live projects.

  • Work across borders

Most projects span at least two countries. Team members spend time in our other offices and on site with clients.

  • Partners close to the work

Senior advisors review every report with the people who wrote it, so feedback is direct and frequent.

  • Languages in daily use

Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian and German are all spoken across the firm, and most of our people work in at least two of them.

  • A competitive salary with an annual performance bonus
  • 25 days of annual leave plus local public holidays
  • Hybrid working, with up to two days a week from home
  • A personal training budget of €2,000 a year, which can cover language courses
  • A secondment of up to three months in another Incepta Advisory office
  • Private health insurance

Incepta Advisory hires graduates from economics and engineering backgrounds as well as experienced professionals from industry and consulting. Good research skills matter, and so does the confidence to call a factory owner or a supermarket buyer and hold the conversation in their language.
